  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The online shop www.enerlista.lt (hereinafter “the Company”) operated by UAB “Enerlista”, respecting the right to privacy of its visitors and customers (hereinafter “Clients”), undertakes to ensure the protection of their data and their rights as data subjects.

1.2. This Privacy Policy governs the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the Company’s customers.

2.7 “Direct marketing” means the activity of offering to persons and / or asking for their opinion on the goods or services offered by mail, telephone or other direct means.

  1. WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

3.1. The Data Controller collects and further processes your personal data that you provide yourself when registering and / or ordering goods on the Site. Data (name, e-mail address, address, phone number) is collected only with proper implementation of orders, billing and sales analysis.
